Submit your case through My Esri
All technical support requests must be opened in My Esri. You can request a case from your computer or mobile phone. Download the Esri Support app for additional options. Follow the steps below:
- Use your ArcGIS account with caller authorization to sign in to My Esri and access technical support services.

- Provide detailed information about the issue you are experiencing (Product information, Error messages, Troubleshooting steps). The improved support experience helps users submit clearer and more complete technical requests.

- Before submitting the case, the new AI-enhanced support experience analyzes the issue description and provides instant troubleshooting recommendations based on Esri’s technical support knowledge base. AI-generated recommendations help identify possible solutions before submitting the case.

- If the issue is not resolved, continue with the case submission process by providing
